In 3EC it is our goal to introduce young children to a nurturing school environment. The children learn, discover and grow through play.
We read stories, sing songs and do art projects based on our Weekly Themes. We have a morning Circle Time where the children learn and sing songs about the months & seasons of the year, the days of the week and the weather. We also use this time to discuss our weekly themes and learn new skills. The children go to Gym twice a week and Library once a week. Those children who stay all day also go to Spanish once a week. They get the chance to read with their “buddies’ twice a month and go to All School Masses. In the Spring we take Field Trips to the park/playground to explore nature and get lots of exercise.
