Fourth Grade

We help students as they transition from the elementary classroom to the intermediate classroom. We foster the opportunity for students to become more responsible and independent in their own education. 4th graders work on incorporating the 10 Commandments into their daily lives. We look for outward displays of their Catholic values through  their relationships and interactions with other students, teachers, and parents. EVERYTHING in 4th grade is fun, but a  few of the special events in 4th grade are our field trip to Heritage Hill, as an extension to our WI history, and our trip to the symphony, incorporating music education. Some of the focus areas each year are Wisconsin History and the U.S.  Regions, Electricity, Motion and Design, Animal Studies, Human Body, and the Solar System. We also explore the genres of literature through hands on projects.
