Project Lead the Way
(PLTW) is a STEM course that focuses on science, technology, engineering and mathematics. PLTW encourages students to develop critical thinking, problem solving and creativity through a wide range of engaging, hands-on activities. Students participate in simulated situations and must solve problems following the same steps that professional engineers use. A second major component of the curriculum is the use of robotics kits and computer software to construct simple machines.
