**6th Grade Writer’s Workshop**

Can you believe that it is already February!

This month we will focus on comparing and contrasting in our writing.

The students will complete an essay or a project showing their ability to compare and contrast.

We will also continue Unit 5 in our Vocabulary Workshop books.

Along with writing proper sentences with our vocabulary words the students will also have to identify the definition of the words. The words are posted on Google Classroom.

Our Unit 5 test will be on February 12th.
